Gratitude

"Gratitude is one of the most powerful human emotions. Once expressed, it changes attitude, brightens outlook, and broadens our perspective", Germany Kent.  The last couple of weeks, I've been on an intentional gratitude journey. I deliberately set out my QT to just sit and reflect on God's goodness and be thankful. As I looked back at how my life has unfolded this year, I was overwhelmed by God's amazing favor and grace. The last 9 months, God has weaved my life in ways I could never have imagine. I have faced situations where I doubted myself & at times was too scared to take the next step but the Holy Spirit urged me on. When God says that He has your life all figured out, trust me HE DOES. Of New Beginnings

Quick question. Has a crazy craving ever led you to the supermarket where you grab your favorite peanuts? With so much anticipation & syke you hurriedly open the packet and voila, the contents scatter in several directions. To make matters worse, this happens in front of a huge crowd of people so there is no chance of salvaging the peanuts and the only thing you can do is throw a tantrum & scream your lungs out sit down and moan the demise of your very much looked forward to indulgence. This was me not too long ago. I migrated to my own space {.co.ke from blogspot.com} and with all the excitement, this littu head of mine forgot to back up her content. I realized this too late when a year's worth of writing mysteriously evaporated. I shed tears for my lost content. I wanted someone to blame {I couldn't find any LOL}.
