Happy New Year

Welcome to 2024

I hope you have been well and that you got off to an amazing start of 2024.

Yes, I know I'm saying Happy New Year in February but, as long as I have not said it even if it is June....best believe I'm gonna say Happy New Year ☺☺☺☺.

As tradition would have it, the very first post every New Year is declarations to set the year rolling. Job 22:28 "You will also decree a thing and it will be established for you".

Psalms 37:23-24 "The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, and He delights in his way. Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down; For the Lord upholds him with His hand".

I decree and declare that in 2024 my steps are ordered by the Lord. Though I fall, I shall not be utterly cast down for the Lord will uphold me with His hand.

Psalms 91:1-2 "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will remain secure and rest in the shadow of the Almighty [whose power no enemy can withstand] I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress, My God in who I trust [with great confidence, and on whom I rely]".

In 2024 as I dwell in the secret place of the Most High, I find rest in His shadow. I have confidence in God and rely on Him fully. He is my refuge and fortress.

Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths".

This year, I choose to fully trust in the Lord. I shall not lean on my own understanding. I acknowledge Him as He directs my paths.

Philippians 4:6-7 "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus".

In 2024, I decree and declare that I shall not be anxious about anything concerning my life. I shall commit it to God. I embrace the peace of God that surpasses all understanding as it guards my heart and mind.

Colossians 2:13-15 "And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses, having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way having nailed it to the cross".

I decree and declare that in 2024, I walk in the freedom that Christ has given me. I have been made alive together with Him and forgiven of all my trespasses.
