Note To Self - Little Reminder

Today I woke up with so many questions and had a "second - guessing - myself" kinda situation & I struggled to quiet the conversations going on in my head. I had to keep reminding myself that I may not have it all figured out but at least I have taken the first step towards achieving a couple of dreams that I've put off for a long time.

I will be honest with you, it is super scary chasing my dreams because most times I have no idea what the next step is. Yes, I may have drawn out a water tight business plan and a clearly marked road map complete with expected risks and how to mitigate them but trust me, life is a real expert at throwing curve balls. I'm the type of person who likes having things all figured out before I set out doing anything; just in case plan A fails, there is plan B right??? Well, with this one...there are no plan A's & B's, it's just me, my main plan & God. One day at a time is all I am doing. Every single day is a victory on its own. Tomorrow will worry about itself.  {Mathew 6:34 "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own}.

It's not all gloomy and grey, there are good days where I feel invincible and have all the energy to chase my dreams & even reach for the stars but then there are other days where I feel like a complete joke - today was one such day :-). When I encounter such days, I've learnt to summon a meeting - me, myself & I - and have a serious talk. Thank God for the inter webs because there is amazing content that motivates me and gets me right back on track. I watched the video below and got an instant adrenaline rush, I pinched myself!!!!!!!!!!! Who I'm mopping around for and feeling defeated for???? Eish let's get moving!!!!

Quickly scribbled this in my diary, dismissed the meeting and I'm back on track. "Karsh, you have to keep chasing those dreams, you are just getting started, you cannot give up just because life threw you a curve ball. Keep moving. Remember that every struggle is a lesson and is making you better."
